St. Davids Assemblies Limited is one of the UK’s leading injection moulders, operating from a 33,000 square foot factory in Pembrokeshire. We supply customised high-precision technical mouldings for various markets including Automotive, Domestic, Military, and Medical. We are a certified ISO 9001 organisation, and have the highest environmental accreditation in Wales, Green Dragon 5.

Since the turn of the century we have established ourselves as one of the leading technical moulders in the UK. Our mould shop facility in Pembrokeshire comprises of more than 25 moulding machines, which includes high-tech fully electric DEMAG and Arburg machines with 25t to 580t capacity. We have the capability to mould a wide range of engineering and environmentally friendly polymers.

SDA has 6 high speed Bruderer Presses as well as 5 Worcester presses, the Bruderer’s are stand alone machines, together with several Schlatter resistance welding machines can add silver contacts to the pressings in line up to 99.9% pure silver to form contacts on metal strip, from 0.1mm to 2mm.

The Worcester presses in the main are engaged in pre and post mould stamping of over moulded metal components.

We take pride in our inhouse automation and hand assembly capabilities. We have been hand assembling products since 1951 and have very good insight into techniques that keep assembly times to a minimum.
Since 1994, we have invested millions of pounds in bespoke automation which has been tailored to the customer requirements. Our expertise in these areas ensures we can provide an optimised assembly solution.

At SDA we can print onto your parts with Silk screen, pad, laser and inkjet techniques including rotary pad and screen printing on our in-house printing facilities

We have two clean rooms on site, one a class 10k (ISO 7) the other class 100k (ISO 9) we also have the facilities to injection mould to class 10k in specially designed enclosures.

We have FDA 820CFR 21 accreditation for medical devices.
