Since the turn of the century we have established ourselves as one of the leading technical moulders in the UK. Our mould shop facility in Pembrokeshire comprises of more than 25 moulding machines, which includes high-tech fully electric DEMAG and Arburg machines with 25t to 580t capacity. We have the capability to mould a wide range of engineering and environmentally friendly polymers.

We offer twin shot moulding in a variety of machine capabilities, including rotating tool machines for high throughput. We are experienced in offering this service to a full medical grade standard.

We offer insert moulding solutions suitable for various material combinations, including metals. We can offer both manually operated and automated solutions depending upon the customer requirements.

We offer overmoulding for both cables and rigid subassemblies. We also offer continuous overmoulding onto a range of pressed metallic strip, see our pressing section for more details.

We specialise in medical moulding and are certified to FDA 21 CFR 820 for medical device manufacture. We have inhouse Class 10K and 100K clean rooms suitable for clean environment manufacturing and assembly.
